Shipping

We offer standard shipping only, to US addresses. All orders ship from US warehouses.

Free standard shipping on orders of $40 or more. Orders under $40 ship at a flat rate based on the number of items: $13.30 for one item, $18.02 for two, $23.22 for three, and $27.82 for four or more.

Orders are limited to 5 items total per cart.

Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after your order is processed. Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, address issues, holiday volume, and order-processing time can extend the delivery window.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unopened condition.

To initiate a return, email hello@jasclairwellnessinstitute.com with your order number. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no charge.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately.
