Refunds and Exchange Policy

This Return Policy is applicable to the original purchaser of our product only. If you are not fully satisfied or the product is delivered in a damaged condition, Jasclair may accept returns or exchanges of the product purchased directly from Jasclair through Jasclairskincare.com only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • An RMA (return material authorization) request was submitted to support@jasclairskincare.com within 14 days of receiving the order. 
  • The product must be received by Jasclair within 14 days of shipping; no returns will be accepted after this time period;
  • The original purchaser must provide the receipt or invoice as received when the order was placed directly from Jasclair; and,
  • The product must be unopened and unused.
  • In addition, if the product is damaged or an item is missing, a picture of the product at the time of delivery must be provided.
  • The product must be received by Jasclair within 14 days of shipping; no returns will be accepted after this time period;

The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) for return unless it was due to defective product or incorrect order received.  Please contact us directly if you encounter this and we will be happy to assist you!

If your package is extremely delayed (as can happen sometimes with all shipments), you may contact us if you prefer a refund on your order. Refunds as related to shipping delays will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please check your address details carefully when you submit your order to ensure that there are no delays with your shipment.
